[520] in Athena Bugs

Here's some information about someone who was running into the bug
where:
- you give register a username that is already taken
- it tells you that the username is already taken and please select
another one
- no matter what username you give or when you try it, it always says
that it is "unable to write to the database, please try again later"

Since the only way around this is to delete (by uid) the user who
ran into the bug and then re-add them, that's what I had to do.(So if
you look at her entry now, it shows that she hasn't registered [as of
this writing]).
