A brief synopsis of the problem:

I've found a bug in xmh which crashes my X server...

------------------------------------------------------------------------
Please describe the problem in detail (mention any necessary files or
commands that may be involved, on which machine the bug happened, and what
the program did that was wrong):

I realize that xmh is not yet released, and I'm also working on a 5.5T
workstation (laika.mit.edu) so that this may have been fixed already, but
here's the bug:

If I start up xmh (I did not use one of the default sizes, but instead
used the middle mouse button to get the size I wanted, if that
matters), and then click on the "compose" (or "reply") button, and
then, when it gives me the cursor which prompts for the mouse click to
size the window, just click the middle mouse button and let go
(without moving the mouse), it creates this *tiny* rectangle on the
screen, freezes my entire screen, and dumps me back to toehold.

This is entirely repeatable (although it takes a while as I had to log in
after every crash...)

Hope that's detailed enough. Seems like a rather bad bug to me...
