System name: w20-575-105
Type and version:	CVAXSTAR 7.0F
Display type: SM

What were you trying to do?
	execute a startup file

What's wrong:
My windows are set so that they come up flush against the root
borders. In this case, all windows whose geometries were specified with
a -0 (-0-0, or +0-0) came up -10 instead of -0. Also, my xload used
only half the vertical space given (squished load inside my normal xload
window dimensions).

I also got "No more processes" on two of my four xterms. This
has not happened to me before on a pVax (my .startup.X file is
world-readable) running 6.3 or 6.4. There were no "ghost" processes
around.

What should have happened:
Should have gotten my windows flush against the display border,
xload should've used the entire window space, and I shouldn't have run
out of processes.
