A misconfigured workstation. REPOMAN was missing the directory
/var/lib and the file /var/lib/sendmail-host. I created both, and
refroze the sendmail.cf file, and everything works now.
Just out of curiosity, did you ask about this in OLC before you
reported it to bugs? Did you try it on another DECstation?
