There are two possible solutions to this problem; I'm not sure
which is the right one (hence this message back to bugs, to see if
anyone else who reads bugs has any comments).

1. Delete the string "exec, " from the NAME section of the man page
execl(3). There really isn't a function exec(), so the mention of
"exec" in the NAME section is wrong.

2. Assume that the "exec" in the NAME section is meant to be the
general topic of the man page. In that case, the man page should
be named exec, not execl, so we should change the title of the man
page, make "exec" the first thing listed in the NAME section, move
the man page source from execl.3 to exec.3, and create a file
called execl.3 with ".so man3/exec.3" in it.

System name: m11-115-4
Type and version:	VAXSTAR 6.4R
Display type: SM

What were you trying to do?
	man exec

What's wrong:
	No manual entry for exec.

What should have happened:
It's there, on the same man page as every one of the exec family
	(execl...)

Please describe any relevant documentation references:
apropos exec does the right thing
