lpquota creates and never deletes a file called "/tmp/last_uuid". If
this is a temporary file, it should be deleted. I suspect it is not a
temporary, since it is explicitly given mode 666. If it is intended
to remain, it should be documented.
It seems a bad idea to keep information in a file anyone can write to.
If it's so unimportant that modifying it is harmless, it probably
isn't needed at all.
