Can you try being a bit more specific? Let's start with:
a) are you using an RT or a VAX?
b) which release number?
c) which printer did it fail on?
d) what was the nature of the failure (i.e., what do you mean by "has
problems on the first page"?)
Having said that, I might guess that your problem is one where the
first few characters of the header on the first page were not printed.
Is this so?
