What's wrong:
If your tokens expire while you're reading a discuss meeting, there is
no error message informing you of an unsuccessful update of ~/.meetings
when you exit a meeting; the next time you go to the meeting, you get
to read a bunch of messages a second time.
What should have happened:
It should check for errors on writing. Lots of other bad things can
probably happen because of this, too.
