The X10 include files broke when they moved out of the release.

There used to be directories in /usr/include names X and X10. These
no longer exist in /mit/x10/include; instead, their contents are in
/mit/x10/include. This breaks some programs. Furthermore, some of
those include files include <X10/whatever.h>, so those include files
themselves have broken (e.g. Xlib.h).
