If Saber finds an error in a file and I say "reload" but the file itself
has not changed, Saber not only refuses to reload the file but UNLOADS it.
This is obnoxious as many times an error in a file is due to an error in
a header file, so fixing the mistake requires reloading the source file
even though it hasn't changed.
In other words, if I say "reload" I want Saber to reload, and I don't
care for its opinions on the matter.
