When making a new discuss meeting on a server with no srvtab
installed, I got the error message
Insufficient permission for operation.
I should have gotten a message like
Failure reading service key.
I don't know where the problem is (server side, client side,
lack of error reporting, lack of checking, etc.), but I actually
sent in a bug report before it was pointed out that I had
forgotten the srvtab. If the error message had been correct
none of this would have happened.
To Reproduce the problem: move the srvtab on an otherwise
correctly configured server and try creating a meeting on that
server.
