Compile a lisp program using liszt -mr
What's wrong:
liszt bootstrap code refers to /third/franz/bin/lisp. This is
nonexistent.
What should have happened:
It should refer to something more reasonable, perhaps
/mit/franzlisp/vaxbin/franz
