What were you trying to do?
Find a way to have autowrap in an xterm OFF by default, using
resources.

What's wrong:
There seems to be no way to force autowrap to be off by default.
I can force reversewrap to be off, but not the normal wrap.

I can, however, turn autowrap off with an escape sequence or a menu
selection.

What should have happened:
There should be a resource and command-line flag to turn off auto-wrap.

Please describe any relevant documentation references:
xterm(1), both R3 and R4. Neither one mentions a resource to
control autowrap.
