csh refuses set-uid borne-shell scripts with a 'permission denied'
error. i couldn't find anything about this in the man page. if it's
not there, please insert its mention. (i don't think it's there, but i
only had 15 minutes to stare at the man page, so i can't guarrantee i
didn't miss it, even though i'm fairly certain it's not mentionned).
(i know this is a security hole, but it's not a concern for the
machine i'm running it on. besides, couldn't users just run the borne
shell and execute the set-uid script?)
