I had a problem similar to this with my emacs (at least twice). I
guessed that emacs was doing some kind of caching that I wasn't aware
of, and restarted the emacs. What should I do next time it happens,
in order to get the most info on the problem? Or is it just emacs
caching the afs failure? (The shells had no problem, I had valid
tokens, etc.)
