I was playing with one at pika, and i don't know where to get a man
page, so i don't know if this is a bug. In r3, typing meta-b
generated '<escape> b'. In r4 it generates just 'b'. This messes up
tcsh pretty bad (it's like this for all the characters). Hope this is
fixed, or that there is a workaround, by the time you release it to
the world.
