I know Decstations aren't officially supported, but...
Make defines $(MACHINE) as "mips". Machtype returns "decmips".
This creates confusion, and as result various lockers have
decmipslib vs mipslib and decmipsbin vs mipsbin.
This makes compiling, installing and finding software a bit difficult,
and a convention needs to be reached.
