send in a bug report
What's wrong:
The final request in the sendbug/rmail-ATHENABUG template is not
really a good way to describe the desired doc references. Something
like
"Please describe any documentation references which lead you to believe
this is a bug:"
might be better than the current phrase (see the end for that text).
What should have happened:
It should make clear what's desired.

there is no man page for sendbug(1)
