Find documentation on apl.
What's wrong:
The documentation is under the src directory, which normal users
do not have access to.
What should have happened:
The documentation should be put in another directory outside src
so normal users can look at it.
Please describe any relevant documentation references:
There aren't any--that's why users need to be able to look at
this stuff.
