What were you trying to do?
help a user use "add matlab"
What's wrong:
the matlab directory doesn't have vaxbin/rtbin directories.
The add command is one of the useful hacks in the release; make it
useful with the software people use.
What should have happened:
symlinks should be created so "add matlab" adds
/mit/matlab/$bindir to the path.
