"attach" silently ignores the -o option if it is overridden by an
/etc/attach.conf "options" line.
This means that except on private workstations, "-o" will never work
with NFS since the default attach.conf sets NFS options.
The "-o" option should be allowed to work (possibly unless some option
is set in attach.conf). When it is ignored because of attach.conf, a
warning message should be printed, for example:
attach: mount options "timeo=5,retrans=6" ignored while mounting ls
