What were you trying to do?

Read my mail, read a discuss meeting.

What's wrong:

When using xmh or xdsc and the scroll area overlaps the bottom of the screen,
as you scroll the data up (from "below" the screen) most of the data does not
make it. It can come up with a totally blank area or very "weak" text (just
a few dots per character). If you use the mouse to select the area, the text
appears highlighted or if you scroll up more and then down, the text appears.

What should have happened:

Obviously the text should appear normal when scrolling up even if the window
overlaps the screen. It used to work in the previous release.
