The version of xdvi in the sipbsrc source tree is currently the most
up-to-date available. It should be considered for the next release.
Note that there are some user interface changes that will have to be
considered, for example it starts out at mag level 3 by default, and
we may want to modify it so that it starts out at mag level 4 by
default, as it does in the current release.
