I was looking through an olc log and found the following extract:

Ezra and Richard confirm they have received the fix,
Notice that the final comment is by "user beth", not by "consultant beth".
You'll have to ask Beth about the circumstances under which she made the
comment - I'm not sure she was attached to the question at the time. But
I had thought that comment was available only through olcr, not through olc.
