Normally this would be the case, but the RT system software in production
is a 4.2BSD version which does not support the load average function
for ^T.  This useful function will be available in the next major
release of RT system software.

It might be useful to present these questions to the user consultants
(either in person or via olc) before sending a report to bugs; they
generally have a feel for the quirks of the different systems and you
will probably get a speedier response.
