What were you trying to do?
I was listing the olc queue and I noticed that user masmoudi had
moved from pickup to pending. He had not, however, sent any message to
olc. As of 5:30 this afternoon, he was in pickup. By 5:50, he was in
pending. Here's the tail of his log:

--- Unable to contact user masmoudi. User logged out.
    [Fri 09-Mar-90 3:42pm]

--- User masmoudi has logged back in.
    [Fri 09-Mar-90 5:44pm]

Here's part of the listing from the olcr in olcdev:

(Again, notice the time of the most recent unseen question: mlbarrow's.)

What should have happened:
He should have stayed in pickup until either he sent a message
to olc, or a consultant grabbed the question and moved his status.
