hc(1) should now be pp(1) and a hc1(1) should be created as a .so file
to pp(1).
hc2(1) should be renamed to hc(1) and hc2(1) should be a .so file to
hc(1).
This will then bring our man pages in sync with the ACIS distribution
(and the .so are our cnames). Also, it fixes the problem of hc(1) being
the man page to an out-of-date compiler.
The cc(1) man page should have the FILES section modified (I have not
loaded all of the AOS system online... the source tape lacked the kernel
sources and the documentation... I have loaded the kernel sources
online, next will be the documentation...).
