I'm not sure if this is going to be a problem or not.
   /etc/attach.conf contains the following line:

   	setuid {nfs,rvd}:^bldg.*-.*

However, operations is no longer using names in that format to
represent system packs. For example, the system pack info for w20 is:

   	usrlib w20-rtusr
   	syslib w20-rtsys

Does attach default to nosuid? If so, then this is going to be a
problem, yes? If not, then why is this line in attach.conf in the
   first place?

It was for private workstation owners to make their life simpler... it
doesn't apply to public workstations (and it can be removed safely).
