The fix is in our sources, but the dialups are running non standard
kernels which we have no idea where the sources are or what is in them.
Anyway the version that went out in 6.4 for netinet/tcp_input was 1.5
which fixed the problem dating from November 15.
Unfortunately there isn't an RCS header in that file so I don't know
whats running on the dialup server.
