Everything relating to "notes" on the RT that is owned by "notes" is
owned by the WRONG uid. The proper uid is 30, not 5. This has been
fixed in minos' /etc/passwd and will be fixed next time on the packs
automatically with building of the packs from clean...
I doubt anyone else is running "notes" on their RT (except on styx).
Be careful with the build engines' /etc/passwd - they can cause major
damage, if messed up.
