All the bugs presented in the earlier bug report have been fixed; well,
all but the consolidation of the hayes types.
What has been fixed:
- Now uses /etc/uucpname for the lookup of the local UUCP name.
- Now initializes the modem so that it gets the response codes it is expecting.
As usual, all my changes are in "release.dev".
