"apropos daemon" returns the following two lines (among others)

Looks like they use an obsolete set of formatting commands (judging by
the date). I don't even know if the commands themselves are supported.
The combination of uwm and emacs 18.49.35G (i.e. the 5.5 released
versions of both) will cause an emacs error "command key out of range"
if a mouse button is pressed, alt/compose character is pressed (on RT
or Vax respectively), then the button is released (looks like the
button released event doesn't get trapped by uwm, and emacs doesn't
understand what to do with it [does emacs grab buttons?]).
