Subject: ispell when kerberos ticket expired

Symptom: I was useing ispell to check the spelling of a file without
realizing my kerberos ticket just expired. It gave me
"cannot write" or something at the end. But the file was
gone, including .bak file. i.e. The file was vaporized.
Actually this will also happen when you are over the hard
quota.
What it should do:
When "cannot write", the user's file should be restored or
at least linked to /tmp.
During the summer, I have made a fix to link the file
to /tmp when "cannot write" and other fixes with ispell,
but it is still not used in 6.4 (sigh...)
