In /source/bsd-4.3/common/etc/ftpd/ftpcmd.y (and ftpcmd.c) is the
following line:
reply(214, "Direct comments to ftp-bugs@%s.", hostname);
However, there is no ftp-bugs. I presume ftp-bugs should forward to
bugs, so I set up the list ftp-bugs containing the one member LIST
bugs, and administered by bugs-acl. (The newer ftpd sources that Marc
has give the same address.)
