What's wrong:
I mis-typed, and discuss dumped core:

% /usr/athena/discuss

discuss: Unbalanced quotes in command line
Segmentation violation (core dumped)

core file is in /mit/bitbucket/jtkohl/core.vax.discuss.athena
(from athena version) and /mit/bitbucket/jtkohl/core.vax.discuss.sipb
(SIPB version)
This happens on the version in 6.4R as well as the version in the SIPB
locker (on the VAX, at least).
What should have happened:
It should have given me another "discuss: " prompt.
