On RISC/Ultrix 3.1, /usr/include/net/if.h has a line of the form:
#ifdef 43BSD
which is accepted by the MIPS cpp, but Saber-C complains about it.
[this is when in non-ANSI mode]
I don't know offhand who is at fault, but this is the first place
I have seen this problem.
