The "h" entry for the RA82 partition table is absolutely useless. It is
a subset of the "g" partition in the torek driver and there are no
partitions that take up the remaining part of the "g" partition.
Operations has also agreed this is a stupid layout and will cause more
confusion than it is worth, so I will delete it in the next release, in
addition to fixing the regular disktab. (I am avoiding any more
explanation on this subject to avoid finger pointing).
