I have a "precmd" alias set that is executed just before every prompt
is displayed (it runs a program from my homedir). I just got the
following error:
~% attach krb5
krb5: AFS mounted /afs/athena.mit.edu/astaff/project/krb5 on /mit/krb5
(read-write)
<at least two minutes pass before the next command>
~% discuss
[1] 4436
/afs/athena.mit.edu/user/b/bjaspan/vaxbin/prompt: Permission denied.
%
<I press return>

In other words, I could not execute a program from my homedir after
attaching krb5; it quite a bit more than "a few seconds" so this does
not look like the already known bug.
