we need more details. let's start with "what is SIMSCRIPT?" is it
freeware, or licensed software available at cost? who provides it,
and at what cost? when do you need it by? (note that none of these
questions should be used to imply that we will provide this software;
they'll help us determine if it is possible, etc.)
also, this is the wrong place to make such a request; it is usually
better to bring these questions to user consultants.
