when I type "help" to the saber shell, I get a whole bunch of things,
one of which is a section entitled "General Topics".
However, typing 'help xxx' where xxx is one of the things listed
in that section (I tried xsaber, violations, and color; I suspect they all fail
this way), it says something like "No such help topic: color"
