The XLib function XGetDefault() no longer seems to work in
x11r4 - both in my programs and in others, such as xmag and
bitmap, which also rely on this call to get resources.
The situation is the same on both our vax3100 and ibm/RT
running R4. R3 versions of the same programs still work
correctly.
