use sendbug
What's wrong:
sendbug returned the following error:
ioctl: Operation not supported on socket
It also ran my .emacs upon starting up the emacs window. I don't know
whether that should be done. It also didn't default to my emacs window,
since I was using emacsclient and had started a server in that emacs.

There's no manual for sendbug, in /usr/man, /mit/sipb/man,
/mit/consult/man, /mit/watchmaker/man etc. on this machine.
