This is (arguably) not a bug, since the user can't know that
/etc/noattach exists until *after* they login ... and naive users won't
know about it at all (remember that the whole directory-attaching
nonsense is supposed to be invisible to the average joe ) ... and how
will they know that their directory wasn't attached if this message
isn't there?
