that's nice. what's a beeblebrox (y'know, hardware and software
type)? in case you didn't realize it, the folks who read and process
this stuff don't memorize the hostnames and hardware types in the
posession of every staff member.
if you have trouble remembering to do the right thing (i.e., providing
all the appropriate information) here, then use the sendbug program,
which prompts (or fills in) for this stuff.
