What were you trying to do?
Log in with my own dotfiles in standard 6.3B Athena format.
What's wrong:
mwm did not start, nor did any other window manager.
Of five xterms that I usually start, only three of them appeared. The other
two failed, with the error: /usr/bin/X/xterm: Permission denied.
Zephyr failed, with the error: /usr/etc/zwgc: Permission denied.
What should have happened:
Everything that did not start should have. (mwm, two xterms, zephyr)
Please describe any relevant documentation references:

Comments: I am leaving my dotfiles world-readable so that whoever gets this
bug can read them. I can find no problem with them.
