R4 twm, colormaps and RTs
The twm window manager available on the x11r4 locker doesn't
install/uninstall colormaps properly on the Megapel. A colormap
gets installed but stays regardless of the focus of the mouse,
Until the client exits. Mwm still seems to be the only available
Window manager on the RTs that works properly.
