I found and fixed the problem Ken Raeburn reported with zwgc windows not
having contents displayed until zwgc received some other X event after
the final expose event.
The following files have changed w.r.t. the current version on paris.
The new version is known as zwgc version 0.3.11 (the old == current 6.4R
version is known as zwgc version 0.3.10):
