What's wrong:
The previously reported bug with the delete key not working in emacs
is NOT a bug in emacs, it is a bug in the X server.
For some reason, the X server now thinks that the Backspace key on
the RT's should generate ctrl-h. I would say this very much needs
to be fixed.
In the mean time, people who use RT's and who can't bear to have
emacs think they're asking for help every time they hit the
backspace key can run the command "keycode 102 = Delete" through
xmodmap when they log in on a 6.4A RT to fix the problem.
What should have happened:
The server keybodes should not have changed between 6.3B and 6.4A.
