rt saber complains:
Cannot open authorization file: /usr/athena/lib/saber-2.1/saber_dir/rt-bsd43/../common/saber_passwd
ken says the srvd target of this link is missing.

This was with the new 6.4 packs. The links on /urvd are in place, but
the password file on /srvd is not.
