What's wrong:
We need a new bug-report template / bug-reporting program.
What should have happened:
I should have written and presented ~raeburn/sendbug.sh for
review earlier.
Henry, Robin: What information do you want to see in the report
header? Any other sections you want added (e.g., "fix, if you know
what it is")? I just guessed...
Consultants: Please have a look at this as well.
Some of the messages will probably need rewriting. This script does
try to check whether you use MH (and pick an editor/mailer combination
based on that), though it doesn't check very hard. It also prompts
for the subject, so perhaps we can eliminate the reports with subjects
saying only "[<-- put the name of the program here]".
